 (posted 2024-07-10 13:00:10.83) Hi,
This is an extremely useful mount to have available, but very limited if it only comes in right-handed configuration. Could you make a left-handed version of it please!
Thanks,
Tom. jdelia

想請問此產品是否也可以適用 jpolaris
(posted 2024-01-04 04:21:28.0) Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. KM100CL用于安装微透镜阵列时需要注意不要弯曲或折断微透镜阵列,比如我们的1.2mm厚的PMMA微透镜阵列,型号MLA1,可以用KM100CL来进行安装。English translation: "I would like to ask whether microlens array can be mounted into the kinematic mount, because microlens array is usually very thin and small, and we want to adjust microlens array. I would like to ask if this product is also applicable?" Answer: As long as care is taken during the mounting process so-as to not bend or break the microlens array, the fact that the array is thin should not prevent it from being mounted within KM100CL. MLA1, for example, which is one of our PMMA microlens arrays that has a thickness of 1.2 mm, would be able to be mounted in KM100CL. user
(posted 2023-06-28 12:29:29.253) There are dichroic mirrors that are usually 25.2 mm in width, could the backside be made slightly larger to fit these optics? ksosnowski
(posted 2023-06-29 01:04:13.0) Thanks for reaching out to Thorlabs. Currently, our KM100C mount would be better for this as the height can be adjusted or extended with the posts. KM2536 unfortunately was designed for our 25.0mm standard dichroic size, however I am adding this idea to our development forum as potentially a small change in design may allow a wider range of dichroic sizes. yoav.romach
(posted 2019-02-10 23:32:40.903) Non of these mounts is useful for the rectangular Dichroic Mirror that you are selling.
The KM100S only supports optics that is 3mm thick, and while the KM100C does support it, it is not a good product... The screws are on the same side, so the top part never properly holds down the optics, and it always ends up applying pressure on it and distorts the beam...
Please create a suitable kinematic mount for the 1mm rectangular optic that you are selling! llamb
(posted 2019-02-12 08:54:29.0) Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the KM100C is not suitable for your application, and I have brought this up to our internal product forum for revision/improvement. paolo.maioli
(posted 2018-07-06 14:52:06.96) Can I use a KM100S mount for a 1-mm thick plate beamsplitter (e.g. BSS11R) or is it designed only for thicker optics? YLohia
(posted 2018-07-06 10:44:27.0) Unfortunately, the minimum optic thickness for the KM100S is 3mm due to the locking setscrew mechanism of clamping down optics. You could look into the KM100C on the same page for your 1mm thick optic. franxm
