CCD SpectrometersThe software package for Thorlabs' Compact CCD Spectrometers includes a GUI and instrument drivers. Support for Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSA20xC and Redstone OSA305) is available by installing the OSA installer. For information on writing your own application, see chapter 4 of the CCS Series Spectrometer manual.The following downloads are available: - Software: Software, Drivers, and Utility files for the compact CCD spectrometers. Choose this tab if you are installing new software or upgrading from earlier versions of Thorlabs OSA software (v2.90 and earlier).
