Mounting Accessories

Thorlabs offers flexure stage accessories for its nanopositioning stages. Our kinematic platforms match the deck height of our 3-axis flexure stages and provide a combination of pitch, roll, and yaw adjustment. Our motorized vertical stage allows for additional components to be positioned next to one of our flexure stages. Extension platforms and adapter plates allow for more flexible mounting surfaces. Other accessories include kinematic optic mounts, top plates, microscopy slide holders, and test target holders.
