This ZST Actuator provides smooth, precise linear motion control in a sleek compact package. Powered by a small diameter, dual-phase stepper motor, this actuator operates at speeds of up to 0.5 mm/s. The ZST13 has a 1/4"-80 threaded barrel for use as a replacement for the manual 1/4"-80 threaded actuators on many of our standard mirror mounts.
Electromechanical limit switches prevent the unit from being overdriven and provide homing capability with an accuracy of <10 µm. The rear-mounted high-density push/pull connectors offer a durable, compact connectivity solution.
The actuator comes with a ZST-CAB2 cable (which is also available separately) to connect to the TST001 controller. Please note that when using this actuator with the recommended TST001 T-Cube Stepper Motor Controller, the default settings for the phase current limit the maximum speed to 0.35 mm/s.
