Features
- Ø50.8 mm
- 650 - 1050 nm
- N-BK7 Substrate
Thorlabs' Ø50.8 mm N-BK7 High Percision Window has a BBAR coating over the 650 - 1050 nm range. This AR coating greatly reduce the 4% reflection losses per surface incurred when the light is incident on an uncoated substrate and are designed for an AOI between 0° and 30°. N-BK7, a RoHS-compliant form of BK7, provides excellent transmission in the visible and near infrared portions of the spectrum. It is probably the most common optical glass used for high quality optical components and is typically chosen whenever the additional benefits of UV fused silica (i.e., good transmission further into the UV and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion) are not necessary.
