Features
- Ideal for Imaging or Focusing Laser Light
- Plan Achromat Design for Air Applications
- Infinity-Corrected Design
- RMS (0.800”-36) Threading
This infinity-corrected, imaging, visible microscope objective provides 20X magnification. The RMS20X, with its high numerical aperture (NA) and large magnification, is suitable for focusing or collimating laser light. The RMS20X is ideal for imaging applications due to its diffraction-limited performance across the entire visible spectrum. Alternatively, it can be used to focus light to a diffraction-limited spot, thus enabling efficient coupling of monochromatic or broadband light into a waveguide or fiber.
The RMS20X is a Plan Achromats which provides for a flat field and aberration corrected at two different wavelengths in the visible spectrum, leading to better spherical and chromatic corrections and superb field flatness. This achromatic objective has an ultra-wide antireflection coating and standard RMS threading.
Our microscope objectives can be mounted directly to our fiber launch systems, or they can be mounted to any of our flexure or translation stages using an HCS013 RMS mount. Alternatively, these microscope objectives can be easily mounted to our cage systems (using an SM1A3 adapter) or to our lens tubes, thus facilitating the setup of optical systems.
