Thorlabs HL6358MG Laser Diode has a center wavelength of 639 nm. It also has a Ø5.6 mm package. The center wavelength of a particular diode varies from production run to production run, thus the diode you receive may not operate at the typical center wavelength. This diode can be temperature tuned, which will alter the lasing wavelength.
