Thorlabs' FT900SM Fiber Jacketing is a Hytrel tube with a 900 µm outer diameter. Since this furcation tubing has an inner diameter of only 500 µm, it is only large enough to use with our single mode fibers. The FT900SM does not have an inner tube or a pull string for feeding fibers through it. Kevlar threads are inside the FT900SM, but these come out when threading a fiber through it. This tubing can be removed by using the AFS900 Adjustable Fiber Buffer and Jacket Stripping Tool. Specifications- Inner Diameter: 500 µm
