Features
- No Chromatic Aberrations Unlike with Lens-Based Systems
- >97.5% Average Reflectivity: 450 nm - 2 µm
- >96% Average Reflectivity: 2 - 20 µm
- Damage Threshold: 3.0 J/cm2 at 1064 nm, 10 ns, 10 Hz, Ø1.000 mm
For applications in the visible to IR spectral range, this Thorlabs' silver-coated concave mirror is an excellent choice, as it will not introduce chromatic aberration. In particular, for applications around 780 nm, silver provides superior performance compared to aluminum. Please note that f = R/2 where R is the radius of curvature of the mirror.
