Thorlabs' Iso-Plate Vibration Damping System is a two-part integrated solution for stabilizing microscopes vibrationally. The durable stainless steel surface provides a large working area and contains an internal honeycomb structure for broadband acoustic damping.

The Iso-Plate support plate contains four rubber pads, underneath which are four inflated cushions. A pair of these cushions shares an air reservoir, and the remaining two cushions have independent reservoirs. This arrangement provides stable, three-point dynamics to the system. Support plates are also sold individually below.

Air suspension is achieved by three Schrader valves on the front panel of the Iso-Plate, which can be inflated by a standard foot pump.

The breadboard, which is sold separately, sits on four rubber pads supported by inflated cushions. A pair of these cushions shares an air reservoir, and the remaining two cushions have independent reservoirs. This arrangement provides stable, three-point dynamics to the system.
