Cube Mounted IR Pellicle Beamsplitters
In addition to the IR specific pellicle beamsplitters shown here, Thorlabs' offers a complete line of Cube Mounted Pellicle Beamsplitters with wavelength ranges from 400 nm to 5 μm. Features- Cage Cube Mounted IR Beamsplitter
- Pellicle Design Minimizes Dispersion and Eliminates Ghosting
- No Chromatic Aberration with Converging Beams
- Elimination of Refraction Displacement Errors
- Choose from Uncoated Versions for Beam Sampling or Coated Versions for Beamsplitting
- Fabricated from 2 μm Nitrocellulose Membrane
- Surface Quality: 40-20 (Scratch-Dig)
Thorlabs' offer three cage cube mounted Ø1" Pellicle Beamsplitters for use in the IR. These beamsplitters are ideal for use in applications where dispersion must be minimized. Coated versions are available for typical beamsplitter applications (45:55 ratio for reflectance and transmittance) and an uncoated version (8:92 ratio for reflectance and transmittance) for light pickoff applications. Each pellicle is mounted in a black anodized 30 mm cage cube for easy integration into Thorlabs' 30 mm cage systems. Cage cubes feature four cage mounting locations and four SM1 threaded connections. Thorlabs also offers cage cube accessories that include empty cage cube mounts and cage cube connectors. The curves pictured on the Graph tab show each of the different coating types as well as the uncoated beamsplitting ratios over a variety of wavelengths. Data was obtained for unpolarized light incident at 45o. In general, P-polarized light will be transmitted more than S-polarized light. Please note that the ±5% sinusoidal oscillation resulting from thin film interference effects has been averaged.
