Laser Diode Modules

Thorlabs offers turn-key laser diode modules with output at 405, 635, 670, 785, 850, or 1550 nm. Additionally, we offer compact laser diode modules with output at 635, 650, 670, 780, or 808 nm with output powers up to 10 mW. These compact modules are available with either a collimated beam or an adjustable focus beam.
