Laser Diodes

Thorlabs offers an extensive selection of laser diodes, with output in the 375 - 2000 nm range and powers up to 3 W. Choose from standard Ø5.6 mm, Ø9 mm, butterfly, laser pigtail, chip on submount, or C-mount package styles. Additionally, some of our Ø5.6 mm diodes include an SM05-threaded housing for integration into our cage and lens tube systems.

We are also pleased to offer Quantum Cascade Lasers and Interband Cascade Lasers with center wavelengths ranging from 3.42 - 9.55 µm.
