3-Axis Stages and Flexure Platforms

This page highlights our range of 3-axis rollerblock and flexure stages. Different units are available with stepper motor drives, differential adjusters, piezo actuators, and position detectors for closed-loop feedback operation. In the design of these stages, the drives are coupled directly to the base of the stage, thereby eliminating adverse motions.
