I’ve placed and order that should have shipped. How do I find my package? |

You can track your package by going to the “Shopping Cart”, and clicking “Track Recent Orders”.

What’s changed in the ordering process? |
|
We’ve made additions, and streamlined the ordering process. Below is a partial listing:
1)You can now order in the currency of your choice by going to the red “$Dollar” pull down menu in the top right hand corner of any page.
2)We’ve made changes to the shipping page. The default shipping is DHL, please click on the shipping method of choice.

I need a copy of an invoice; can I do that via the web? |
|
Yes. Please go to the “Shopping Cart”, and click “Print Invoices”.

I don’t want to pay in dollars, how do I order in other another currency? |
|
On the top right hand corner of every page there are red links to “pull-down” menus. You can pull on the “United States” to change your location and/or pull on the “$ Dollar” to change to Euros, Pounds or Kronas.

Where can I find information on returns? |
|
You can find information about returning items, by going to the “Shopping Cart” and clicking on “Return Products”.

I can now pay with different currency, but where is my order being processed? |
|
Although there are a few exceptions, in general if you order in dollars you will be ordering from Newton NJ, orders in Euros would be fulfilled in Germany, pounds in the UK and Krona in Sweden.
Please keep in mind two things: You still have the option of ordering from one of our local offices, or the corporate office in Newton. Either way, we will be shipping the order from the office in which you have placed the order.
For example: A German customer that orders in Euros will have the order processed and shipped from Germany. However it they choose “$Dollars”, the order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from Newton, NJ.

If I change my location, will it automatically change my currency? |
|
In some cases, yes. For example if you chose the United Kingdom it will automatically change to Pounds, but for many countries you will have a choice of currency.

What’s new on the homepage? |
|
Although we’ve changed the general look, the basic set-up is the same. All the boxes are active links. The center box, which is new, brings you to the main products page where you can “click” your way to your favorite product. If you prefer, the product search bottom remains the same.
Some other changes: you can now choose your location and your currency from the homepage through the pull down menus in the top right hand corner.

I’ve just added something to my basket. How can I see what’s there? |
|
Your shopping basket is in the top right hand corner. If you put your mouse over it you can see the items inside, or click on it to see complete info, or make changes.

How can I remove something from my shopping cart? |
|
Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. Click the “remove” button to the left of the item, then click “recalculate”.
